New Elder’s Center and Long-Term Care Facility located on Pasqua First Nation Band No. 79. This 16,600 sq. ft. wood framed structure building will provide 12 units for extended care and living arrangements for their Elders.

The project includes complete interior and exterior finishes of the building as well as extensive associated site work including extensive site grading, granular roadways, asphalt parking lot, civil requirements, and installation of a roadway and utilities for a future residential development. The building structure utilizes complete wood framing.
